  • Can I return my piece of jewelry?
    Earrings and nose piercings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, but all other jewelry pieces can be exchanged. For more information, please look at our Exchange Policy.

  • How can I pay for my purchase?
    For now, we are not accepting Credit/Debit card payments online. We do accept Card and Cash payments in-store, so feel free to drop in to our Queen Street store.

    We are located in 19 Queen Street, Hamilton, Bermuda. You can get directions to our store here.
  • What steps are you taking to keep customers safe?
    To keep you, and are staff safe we are enforcing social distancing throughout our store. Make sure you keep at least a 2 metre distance from other customers and staff members. We clean all surfaces regularly, and everyone in-store must have a face mask on (unless exempt). Please use contactless payment where possible.
  • Will I have to queue?
    Since we are limiting the amount of people coming in our store, you may have to queue for a short amount of time when it is busy. We are still accepting orders via Facebook, or WhatsApp.
  • Will I have to wear a face mask?
    Yes. To keep you, and our staff safe, everyone shopping in store must wear a face mask, unless you are exempt. Your mask must cover your mouth and nose. We may refuse to let anyone enter if your mask does not cover your nose.
  • How is social distancing practiced in store?
    Our staff members will maintain a two metre distance from other customers. Please try to stay two metres away from any other customers who aren't in your household. We will not serve, and ask anyone who is not maintaining distance from other customers to leave.
